This service provides one-on-one training and target setting over a 12 month period.

We start by running a half day workshop to understand your problems and goals.
During this workshop we take you through our process improvement toolkit and agree a process improvement strategy and targets for the next 8-10 weeks
Over the next year we meet for 4 x 2 hour sessions, generally at 8-10 week intervals
At each session we review the progress made and set new targets
The face-to-face sessions are supplemented by email and phone support to help you stay on-target and achieve your process improvement goals
Designed for up to four people per coaching / mentoring group this service provides the personal, ongoing support you cannot get from a one-off seminar or a book.

This is a service that pays for itself. Process improvement targets are set and achieved during the 12 months of training. These efficiency gains mean you will make a profit from your investment.
