Starting in November 2013 The Process Hub Annual 1 Day Conference will be touring Australia and New Zealand. It will be visiting:

This will be an annual conference tour each November and The Process Hub subscribers get one FREE attendance each (conditions apply) and can buy more at a discount price. The Process Hub Conference Terms and Conditions
  • To be entitled to a free place must be a 12 or 24 month subscriber
  • To be entitled to a free place must have been a subscriber for more than 3 months
  • Food is not included. The conference will be held in a location where it is easy for you to buy food (unless we can get someone to sponsor the food)
  • The conference format will depend on the number of registered attendees (it will most likely include multiple streams to allow attendees to select sessions)
  • Registrations for the conference will open 6 months before the scheduled date and close 3 months before to enable planning to be completed
  • Subscribers meeting qualification criteria are entitled to one place free for one conference location but must register their intention to attend within the registration window.
  • Upon registration subscribers can purchase additional places for A$99 a person
  • Conference material will be provided via theprocesshub.com
  • The conference maybe audio or video recorded for inclusion on thepricesshub.com
  • Sponsors for the conference will be provided a list of conference attendees and registering for the conference is deemed to be approval by the attendee to allow this to occur
  • For the conference to occur in a scheduled location there must be a minimum of 50 conference registrations for that location
  • There is no specific requirement or obligation for The Process Hub to hold a conference any location
  • If through unforeseeable or force of nature circumstances a conference location needs to be cancelled The Process Hub has no liability for consequential loss nor is there necessity to set an alternative date. Rescheduling the conference location will be at the sole discretion of The Process Hub

What the future holds

We are just starting which, not surprisingly, is why we have such a great introductory offer - so get in quick. Our plan is to build this site up to be the number one place on the web for providing practical information on analysing and improving business processes.  Practical is the key word - we believe there are to many websites charging ridiculous fees for information which is high-level and impractical - what they really want is for you to buy consulting or other services. Our fees are low and will stay low - we don't mind if all you ever want is the subscription to this service. We stay away from tax or regulatory topics, and although organisations are unique processes are surprisingly generic, so everything we have can be applied to any organisation in any country. Our information will be practical, detailed and usable - if it's not tell us and we will fix it. We have big plans for the future and here are some of them.
The Process Hub Conference
We all want to learn and improve - that's why you're reading this. We believe that conferences are over-priced and don't always deliver on their promise. So we are including an annual conference as a FREE benefit of this site and we are going to make sure it's worth going to. We also know that most professionals have an annual CPD (continuing professional development) requirement and we are going to help you get the necessary hours while learning something useful. In November 2013 we will take the first The Process Hub Conference to 5 locations - we're looking forward to it and we reckon we have some great ideas for making it the must attend event on your calendar.

Students Edition for High Schools
We are creating a cut-down version of this site which we will be making available FREE to High Schools. We figure you are never to young to learn how to analyse and improve a process. Sorry but there won't be a free version for Universities. The subscription fee is already low so even a uni student can afford it. This school version will be available February 2013. 
Online Tutorials and Training
We are getting our Practical Guides developed into online tutorials and training tools. We also have other material which we think will make great online tools. These will be available progressively throughout 2013 with regular updates / additions after that. 

Benchmarking and Performance Assessment
Everyone loves a good benchmarking exercise. Being able to compare yourself to your peers is always handy. We have also developed a methodology for assessing the performance of a process which fits nicely with benchmarking. So we are getting an app built which will allow subscribers to do this via this website. It's a big job and it will be mid next year before it's available - but it's coming.

YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT TO BECOME A SUBSCRIBER, WHICH IN TURN PERMITS YOU TO ACCESS CERTAIN OF BP CONSULTING LIMITED (BPC) SERVICES (THE "PRODUCTS") . BY COMPLETING THE SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT.   • Changed Terms.
    BPC may change or discontinue any aspect of its website at any time, including its content or features.   • Term.

If you wish to use a Product in a commercial context (for example to support marketing and promotion of your products and services) BPC will be happy to consider this on a case-by-case basis and will, if the request is accepted, grant license to the Product for commercial use and charge an appropriate fee.   • Disclaimer of Warranties.
    BPC does not make any warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Products.   • Accuracy of Information.

  • Limitation of Liability.

  • Third Party Rights.
    The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification are for the benefit of BPC, and its licensors, employees and agents. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions against a Subscriber.
  • General Provisions.
    Any provision in any memorandum received by BPC in connection with the Product which is inconsistent with, or adds to, the provisions of this Agreement is void. Neither the parties' course of conduct or trade practice will modify the terms of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Governing Law.
    This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
  • Privacy Statement.
    A customer's right to privacy is of paramount importance to BPC. When you register to use our sites, BPC will ask you to provide your name, organization, email address, and other information. We use that information to provide you a more personalised online experience and to process orders, as well as to keep track of what topics are of interest to our readers. This information will not be shared with any third party without your approval.
